Recruitment Process
1. Project Information
We release project information through various recruitment channels, screen the resumes submitted by freelancers and part-time translators according to our needs, and select suitable candidates.
2. Contact Qualified Translators
We get in touch with experienced freelancers or part-time translators, provide them with project-related information, answer their questions, and obtain their basic information.
3. Test Invitation
Before we send formal work, we will invite you to complete a trial translation to test your abilities in your area of expertise. The completed test should be returned within two days.
4. Quality Assessment
After receiving the trial translation, we will invite experts in the relevant field to assess the translation and grade your performance. Then, we will inform you of the test result.
5. Formal Cooperation
Next, you need to provide registration information and confirm your rates and payment methods. Then, you will become part of the EC Innovations global partner network.
