On the afternoon of March 19, 2013, EC Innovations’ three-day 2013 corporate meeting came to a successful close in Beijing, China. Senior managers from Chengdu, Shanghai, and Shenyang branches attended the meeting, while relevant principals of Singapore, Korea, Japan, and USA offices participated in the meeting via Skype.
Company senior managers reviewed EC Innovations’ overall performance in 2012, and demonstrated the existing problems in company development. Topics such as how to provide on-time, high quality and low cost language services, and internal sales team optimization were brought into discussion. With this meeting, EC Innovations decided the overall strategy for 2013 in operations, human resource, quality management, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and technology development.
