EC Innovations Releases Client Survey Results

As usual, EC Innovations (EC) conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey at the end of 2008, and has once again received glowing reviews from its clients. A total of 96% of the respondents commented that the service was excellent and they would definitely recommend EC to other companies needing localization services.

Taking this as a good opportunity to listen to client feedback and opinions, EC asked 22 questions regarding translation and DTP quality, schedule control, costs, skills and experience, communication, technology, financial processing and post project support. The results will be brought to EC’s annual senior management meeting in early 2009 where they will formulate a development plan. Always striving to bring the best customer experience to their clients, EC makes continuous efforts to improve its services in many aspects. The second version of EC’s Translation Business Management System is now under development, and will feature a client portal aimed at visualizing project progress for clients. Many valuable opinions were collected from this survey to help EC customize the portal design based on client preferences and expectations.

With 11 years of experience fulfilling client needs, EC has further expanded its capability to provide clients with one-stop solutions for their localization projects. In addition to software localization and technical translation, the services EC can now provide include: glossary and translation memory maintenance, website localization and testing, online help compilation and testing, outstanding bug recording and tracking, voice over recording and caption localization for multimedia, and printing and distribution services. These services will mean more convenience for clients in their business development for local target markets.

EC greatly appreciates the strong support from its clients. Encouraged by many comments like “Keep up your excellent service,” EC will always strive to improve its client experience by making its service more considerate and thoughtful.
