ISO 13485
ISO 13485 goes to companies with quality management systems that meet the medical device insdustry’s regulatory requirements. The focus here is on risk management and quality control. We were awarded this certification in 2016
ISO 17100
ISO 17100 specifies requirements for all aspects of the translation process. This one came our way in 2015.
ISO 27001
ISO 27001 verifies the ability of an organization to mitigate risk and protect customer information by having the appropriate security measures in place, particularly in the cyberspace domain.

Quality assurance built in

We’re also committed to continuous improvement in our work. Our cloud-based Computer-assisted Translation tool will automatically generate a Translation Quality Report and quality score for each project. The quality score helps improve translation quality over the longer term, especially for teams that work on similar projects from time to time.
