China Social Media Platforms We Operate

China’s “super app” for messaging, content and payments. We build official accounts, video channels and mini-programs to support long-term customer relationships and B2B communication.

A lifestyle and product-review platform where young Chinese consumers search before they buy. We create review-style posts, everyday life content and keyword strategies to influence how your brand appears in these searches.

Douyin

We use brand storytelling, awareness campaigns, and targeted Weibo advertising strategies to amplify your voice and grow your presence in China.

Bilibili
Bilibili is a video community popular with younger audience. We design campaigns and topics that keep your brand visible and engaged in these communities.

FAQs
Q1. Do we need a Chinese company or business license to start marketing in China?
Not necessarily. For most social platforms such as RED (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat, overseas brands can work through verified local partners or agencies that hold the required Chinese licenses. We use compliant local entities to open and manage accounts and campaigns on your behalf, so you can start testing the market before setting up a local company.
Q2. Which Chinese platforms are right for our brand?
There is no single “best” platform. The right mix depends on your industry, audience and goals—for example, RED for product discovery and reviews, Douyin for short video and live commerce, and WeChat for long-term CRM and B2B communication. We start with a short strategy workshop to map your customer journey in China and then recommend 1–3 core platforms to focus on first, rather than “being everywhere”.
Q3. How long does it take to see results?
For a meaningful test, many international brands start with a 3–6 month pilot. You can often see early awareness and engagement signals in the first 10 weeks, while more stable lead or sales performance usually requires several optimization cycles. We will propose a phased plan so you can control risk and scale only when the data is positive.
Q4. How important is localization? Can we reuse our global content?
Localization is critical. Chinese social media channels, user behaviour and regulations are very different from Western platforms, and “direct translation” of global content rarely performs well. We can selectively adapt your existing assets—brand story, visuals, value propositions—while rewriting copy, hooks and formats to match Chinese language, culture and platform norms.
Q5. How do you measure success and report performance?
Before launch, we agree on clear KPIs aligned with your stage—such as impressions, follower growth, qualified leads, or e-commerce revenue. During the campaign, we track performance by platform and content type, then share regular dashboards and commentary in English, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll change next. This makes the learning process transparent and helps you justify the investment internally.
