AI-Driven Efficiency
Transdoc integrates directly with various machine translation engines such as Google, DeepL and others, so you can directly check translation suggestions against these sources, for better quality outcomes. TransDoc also has embedded UX around QE, so that both machine and human translated content can be evaluated by semantic-similarity score. This way, even if the reviewers do not speak the target language, the QE process provides a basic level of assurance on the translation quality. Think the phrasing is awkward for a segment? TransDoc can leverage AI to suggest alternative phrasings. Wondering about a technical concept and don't want to switch to your internet browser to search? TransDoc helps you do all the searching and compilation of information within the tool itself.

Because Transdoc was designed by linguists for linguists it's got all the functionality translators need to work more seamlessly - at document level, and in translation process management. Different organizations and different individuals work in different file formats. Not a problem for Transdoc - it can recognize, read and convert nearly twenty different file types to a standardized bilingual format. This covers all the most popular file formats - and everything can be re-converted for export in any desired file format again, once the translation process is complete.
Transdoc is just as impressive when it comes to review and process management as it is in translation origination. Project managers can check the progress of any document in real time, they get automatic notification once any document is complete and ready to move on through the process. Transdoc then lets project managers send and track files, as they flow on to proofreaders and go out to clients and in-country reviewers..
